These papers did not originate for marketing purposes, just authentic papers from a passionate, Scientist.

They have been prepared by Robert Gourlay, the inventor of the MEA water devices.

They represent 30 years of water structure research leading to the first MEA water prototype in September 2012, capable of holding a permanent negative charge. A claim difficult to find with other products on the market. The design and engineering have been improved since that time through innovation or feedback from over 300 experiments on water quality, plants, animal, and human wellbeing. There are many devices on the market that claim to produce structured water, and this is true, in most cases.
